- Log into Sales screen
- Now select a multiple of a product (press the product button more than once – 3 products in this example)
- Now add these products to a table (Table 123 used for this example)
Go to tables
Create a table
Give the new table a name and a number
Then Press OKThis then ‘Sends’ the table away – storing it and making it readily available for other team members to add to, edit and/or pay off.
- Now retrieve the table (log back in and select the table icon).
The table you started is now visible in the table section.
- Select your table from the list.
When table opens, then select the ‘Keys’ button to access the manager functions. - Now select the ‘Tables’ section
- Now select the button ‘Table Transfer Products’ (system name in mvManager – Table Transfer).
- Take note of the instruction towards the top of your screen. For this example, we are going to create a new table, because there is not another table visible in the list.
- We have created an ‘empty table’ (Test 321) to transfer products to on this example.
Select ‘OK’ to complete the new table creation. - You will now see this screen. Note the Instruction near the top of the screen.
- Touch and Drag To The Left the product you wish breakout in quantity and transfer.
- This new Icon will appear highlighted in green. Touch the highlighted area.
- You can select the ‘amount’ of the product that you wish to break out. For this example, we want just one product. You can toggle the amount by using the + and – symbols.
Select the tick to complete the ‘breakout’ - The sales screen will now show this. Showing the ‘same’ product separated.
- Now select OK to complete the transfer of the product to the newly created table.
- You are now returned to the original table showing the remaining products after the transfer of products.
Press ‘Send Table to complete the transfer, storing it and making it readily available for other team members to add to, edit and/or pay off.
- When returning to the table list you will see both tables – showing their correct amounts after the transfer.
- When you select the table that received the transferred products. You can see the ‘breakout’ transferred product.
The tables can be completed as transaction or added to.
