To add a Deal against a menu: 

• Locate the menu in the Menu Builder section and select [Edit] to access the menu management page. 
• In the Deals & Promos section, select [Link Deal to Menu]. 

In the Link Deal To Menu window: 

• Deal: Select the deal from the list. Once selected, you'll see if the deal is applicable to Specific Items or the Entire Transaction. 
• Promo Code Activation: Enable this only if the deal requires a promo code to activate it. If enabled, enter the Promo Code required for activation. 

Select [SAVE].

Once added, the deal will appear in the relevant section depending on whether it is applicable to Specific Items or the Entire Transaction. The deals core availability and stacking status is shown for reference. 

Use the drag-and-drop buttons to position the deal(s) in the order in which they should be evaluated once the basket reaches checkout stage. Note that all Specific Item level deals must be applied before any Transaction Level deals get applied. 

Deals are not automatically removed from a menu once they expire, although they are highlighted in red to show that they are no longer available. 

To remove a deal from a menu, locate the relevant row and select the delete icon. 

Confirm the deletion. 

Important: Once removed from a menu, deals remain available at the menu destination until the menu has been republished to that menu destination.
