Checking In Customers
To check in a customer the FOH Operations Hub:
- Access the Operations Hub via your FOH device.
- Select [Customer Check In] via the home page.
In the Customer Check In window, either:
- Scan Customer Card: Scan the barcode on the customers member card. (You may been to allow access to your devices camera first.)
- Or Enter Code Manually: Type in the customers code and select [Enter].
If the scanned/entered code is valid, you'll be taken into the Customer Check In Confirmation window:
- Customer Name: Displays the name associated with the customer account.
- Customer Balance: Displays the customers current points balance.
- Visits So Far Today: Displays whether or not the customer has already visited the location today, and displays the previous check in time(s) if they have.
- Additional Guests: Allows you to record whether the customer is bring additional guests with them.
To confirm, select [Check In].
The customers record is then updated to reflect the time that they have checked in, and whether any additional guests were present during check in.
