What Membership Cards Can Be Scanned?
Membership cards associated with Customers that exist within Cinchio Back Office can be scanned. The code on the card must relate to the Customer Code against the Customer account within Cinchio.
Currently, the Customer Check In feature supports scanning Code 128 Barcodes.
Troubleshooting
My Customers Code Is Not Recognised.
If the customers code is not recognised when either scanning the membership card or entering the code manually, this suggests that the code is not associated with a Cinchio Customer account, or the associated Cinchio Customer account is no longer active.
Locate the customer account in the Customers section based on Customer Code.
