Access the Operations Hub on your POS or front-of-house device. 

On the home page, select [Suspend Products].

If you have multiple menus active at your location, you'll be prompted to select a menu. 

Products are listed in the same order that they are available on the selected menu, split into sections per menu category. Locate the product within the relevant menu category. A search option is available to filter the products shown. 

Note that:

• The product names shown are the names shown on the menu to customers. Select the information icon to see the full details of the product behind that menu item. 
• All instances of the product behind the menu item will be suspended across all menus, including instances where this product is used as a modifier. 
• If product to suspend is only available on the menu as a modifier, you can locate this within the View All Modifiers section. 

Against the row, select [Suspend] and then confirm. 

On confirmation, the product behind the selected menu item will be suspended on all menus across all menu destinations where it is available, including instances where this product is used as a modifier.

Note that the time it takes for product suspensions to take effect vary per menu destination. The status of the suspension will be shown against the selected menu item. 

Access the Operations Hub and locate the product as covered above. 

There is also the option of using the toggle to filter to see suspended items only. 

Against the row, select [End Now] and then confirm. 

On confirmation, the product behind the selected menu item will be reinstated on all menus across all menu destinations where it is available, including instances where this product is used as a modifier.

Note that the time it takes for product suspensions to end vary per menu destination. The status of the suspension will be shown against the selected menu item.
