Introduction
The Announcements feature in Cinchio Back Office allows you to publish important messages to all users across your organisation. Announcements appear on both the Cinchio Back Office landing page and the Operations Hub menu.
Each announcement is displayed for a defined period. When the active period ends, it is removed from the dashboards but remains available in the announcement history for reference.
Announcements can also be set to display as a pop-up when users log in for the first time during the active period, helping ensure key information is not missed.
In addition, Cinchio may periodically publish announcements to all users to share updates or important information related to new features and improvements.
