Introduction
User Roles help you control who can do what within Cinchio back office. By assigning roles, you decide which parts of the system users can access and what actions they’re allowed to take.
Each role can be customised with up to four levels of access across different sections of Cinchio back office:
View – Allows users to see content in the section.
Add New – Lets users create new records.
Update – Gives permission to edit existing records.
Delete – Enables users to remove records that are no longer needed.
In areas where users move through different workflow stages, you can also set the highest state they’re allowed to progress to.
Roles are fully flexible. Create as many as you need to match how your teams work and what they need access to. It’s a simple way to keep control, without slowing anyone down.
