In Cinchio Back Office, transaction sources represent the platforms that transactions are entered against before reaching Cinchio Back Office for consolidated reporting. Transaction sources include platforms such as:
- Traditional POS (Physical Till)
- Cinchio Back Office (Customer Orders)
- Cinchio Kiosk
- Cinchio Mobile Ordering
- Cinchio Retail
- Delivery Aggregator Platforms
- Third Party Order & Kiosk Platforms
These sources identify where sales are coming from and can be used throughout sales reporting.
Additionally, where applicable, certain settings can be defined against individual transaction sources to determine how transactions received from that source behave in different areas, such as on the KMS and in remote order management.
