Creating A Cash Up
To create a cash up via the Operations Hub:
- Access the Operations Hub via your FOH device.
- Select [Cash Up] via the home page.
You'll then see the current "shift" for either your location as a whole or for each till within your location (depending on cash up configuration).
The following information is available:
- Last Transaction: Displays the time of the last transaction that processed into Cinchio Back Office for the location (or selected till).
- Shift Start: Displays the time that this "shift" starts - this is based on the end time of the most recent cash up record for this location (or selected till).
- Shift End: Select the time that this "shift" should end. When confirming to end the shift, the cash up that gets created for this location (or selected till) will end at this time.
Additionally, for reference, sales and payment information is available to view.
To end the shift and create a cash up record in the back office, select [End Shift] and then confirm.
If your location is set up to cash up by till, you can select each till at the top and repeat the process per till as required.
If required, information relating to the previous "shift", i.e. the last cash up record for the location (or selected till), can be viewed when selecting the [Last Shift] button.
