Working alongside the Inventory Management and Revenue Management modules, Period Management helps organisations maintain accurate records, monitor operational performance, and ensure that key business data is captured consistently.

• Capture Counts – Record stock and cash counts at regular intervals to maintain accurate operational and financial records.
• Period Reporting – Review stock movements, cash activity, variances, and period performance through a range of reports.
• Period Closure – Finalise and lock period data to preserve the integrity of completed reporting periods.

Depending on your subscribed modules, a period may include one or both of the following sections:

• Stock Period – Used to manage stock counts, review inventory movements, and analyse stock variances.
• Cash Period – Used to manage cash counts, review account activity, and analyse cash variances.
