Introduction
Within each menu, a matrix of locations and menu destinations is added to specify where the menu can be made available and for which platform(s). For clarity, the "Location" is your location within Cinchio Back office (E.g., the restaurant, the bar etc.) and the "Destination" is the platform that the menu is sent to. (E.g., the kiosk, a delivery platform etc.)

- Against the relevant menu, select [EDIT].
- Select the Locations And Destinations tab.
Within this section you can:

Overriding Menu Location & Destination Settings
Each location and destination combination inherits a series of default settings set against the Menu Destination. These settings can be overridden for individual location/destination instances if required.
Override Menu Times
By default, a menu is available during the Default Menu Times defined within the menu itself for all locations and destinations associated with that menu. These can be overridden in individual cases if required, either through:
- Site Opening Hours, if a sites opening hours are less than the default menu times.
- Selecting [Timings] against the location and destination to apply menu time overrides within the Menu Timings section.
For full information on how Menu Times are established when publishing menus, see: What Times Are Used When A Menu Is Published?
Override Fulfilment Types
When a location and destination combination is added to a menu, the Menu Destination determines the default availability for each fulfilment type. (i.e. Pick Up, Delivery...).
This can be overridden for individual location and destination combinations if required by selecting [FULFILMENT & PRICING] against the location and destination within the menu.
Within the Edit Fulfilment & Pricing window:
- The available fulfilment types are listed in the first column (e.g. Pick Up and Delivery).
- Initially, this will display Use Destination Default, with the destination default option shown beneath.
If required, override the fulfilment availability by selecting the relevant option against the fulfilment type field and then select [SAVE].
Override Menu Pricing
When a location and destination combination is added to a menu, the Menu Destination determines the default price levels used for this menu against each fulfilment type (i.e. Pick Up, Delivery...).
This can be overridden for individual location and destination combinations if required by selecting [FULFILMENT & PRICING] against the location and destination within the menu.
Within the Edit Fulfilment & Pricing window:
- The menu price level to be used for standard menu products is available in the second column for each fulfilment type.
- The menu price level to be used for modifier products (where specified to use different pricing) is available in the third column for each fulfilment types.
- Initially, these all will display Use Destination Default, with the destination default price level shown beneath for reference.
If required, override the price level to be used for this location and destination combination when this menu is published, by selecting the relevant price level against the any of the available price level fields and then select [SAVE].
Removing Menu Locations & Destinations
To remove an existing location and destination combination, locate the relevant row, select [DELETE], and then confirm the deletion.
The location and destination combination is now removed from the menu.
Note that if the menu has previously been published to a menu destination for the location and destination combination and is still live on the menu platform, removing the location and destination combination from the menu does not impact on the live menu platform.
