What Is The Structure Of A Company In Cinchio Back Office?
Cinchio Back Office has a three tier hierarchy:
- The Cinchio Back Office account is associated with a COMPANY.
- Each COMPANY can have one or more SITES.
- Each SITE can have one or more LOCATIONS.
Each user account within Cinchio Back Office is associated with the COMPANY. Against the user account, the user is then granted access to SITES within the company. Access to LOCATIONS is automatic available to users based on the SITES that they can access.
In many cases, a company has multiple sites and then there is a one-to-one relationship between a SITE and LOCATION. For example, a company may have 5 restaurants. Each restaurant contains only one location which is the restaurant itself. The hierarchy in Cinchio Back Office would look as follows:
