Introduction
The Team Member Shifts section provides access to custom shift reports for individual team members. Site managers can view reports for their location, while head office users can access shift data across all sites, offering visibility at both local and company-wide levels.
By default team the report offers key insights into product group sales, payments received, tipping and gratuity details. If needed, you have the flexibility to customise the team member shift report to fit your company's unique requirements - contact Cinchio for more details.
Although the team member shift reports are available to access via the back office in this section, providing easy access to shift reports for individual team members without access to the back office is available when using the Operations Hub. For more details on front-of-house access, Click Here.
