This report is only available to enterprise users with access to more than one company. See Enterprise Access.
The Product Sales report shows enterprise users product or product group sales across all their companies. View everything together, or break it down by company or site, to compare trends, find top sellers and keep an eye on performance across your estate.
Open it from Sales Reports > Product Sales. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The dates to include sales for.
The companies to report on.
How sales are grouped:
With the Consolidated view type, super groups, master groups and product groups with the same name in different companies are combined.
Report Output
The report is split into sections based on the View Type filter. What each row shows depends on the Analysis Style: one row per product, or one row per group.

Product
Sales for each product.
The product name.
The product's PLU.
The quantity sold.
Total gross sales paid by customers.
Total net sales.
Total tax.
Total gross discount.
The product's average gross sale price.
The percentage of transactions in the section (based on View Type) that include the product.
Product Group
Sales for each group, based on the Group By filter.
The product group name, or the GL account name when grouping by Product Sales GL.
The quantity of products sold in the group.
Total paid by customers for the group's products.
Total net sales for the group.
Total tax for the group.
Total gross discount for the group.
The group's average gross sale price.
The percentage of transactions in the section (based on View Type) that include products from the group.
