There are a series of settings at enterprise level that allow you to manage access and configuration across multiple companies in Cinchio Back Office:
Parent Company Information
To enter parent company details against the enterprise company account, head to: Settings > Configuration.
The following parent company details can be applied within the Parent Company Details section:
- Address Fields: Enter the parent company address details.
- Company Logo: Upload the parent company logo to show throughout Cinchio Back Office when logged into the enterprise company.
Report Configuration
To configure enterprise level report settings, head to: Settings > Configuration.
The following enterprise report settings can be applied within the Reporting Configuration section:
- Year Week Day Start: Set the start of financial year. The day and time selected here impacts on the day that each week starts in reporting, and the time each Sales Date starts in reporting.
- Date Format: Select which format dates and times should show in reporting.
- Reporting Profile: Select which Reporting Profile applies for reports run at enterprise level.
Settings in this section overwrite the corresponding setting set at individual company level, thus ensuring that enterprise reports follow the same format regardless of individual company setup.
User Access & Configuration
Enterprise level user access is managed in the same way as managing user accounts against standard companies:

There are a few differences to be aware of when accessing these areas at enterprise level, as covered below.
User Roles
- Role rights are restricted to those required at enterprise level only.
- The Auto Add Sites setting is unavailable, as accounts do not have sites at enterprise level.
Users
- User accounts at enterprise level do not require any access to sites, or a default site setting.
- User accounts at enterprise level have no report-specific settings, including:
- Default Dashboard Date setting
- Auditor flag
- Overwrite Settings function
- At enterprise level, you have visibility of the individual companies within your enterprise that the user has access to within the Companies tab.
