Access the Deals section via: Product Management > Deals > Deals.
All deals are shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific deals by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
- Deal Name: Search based on the name entered (or part of).
- Discount Type: Search based on the discount type of the deal. (i.e. "Specific Items" or "Entire Transaction".)
- Deal Type: Search based on the Deal Type that the deals are assigned to.
- Show Deleted: Select whether to include deals marked as deleted in the search results.
- Availability: Search for deals available within the selected date range.
Select [SEARCH], and all deals which meet your search criteria will be listed in name order.
The deals list shows the following:
- Deal Name: Displays the name of the deal as known to Back Office users.
- Deal Type: Displays Deal Type that the deal are is assigned to.
- Discount Type: Display whether the deal applies discount to "Specific Items" or the "Entire Transaction".
- Available From: Displays when the deal is available from. Additional availability rules may apply in the deal.
- Available To: Displays when the deal is available to. Additional availability rules may apply in the deal.
- Reports Against: Displays the product that the deal reports against in transactions.
By default 10 records will show per page. You can change this to show either 10, 25, 50 or 100 entries per page, and you can use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list to access other pages.
