Delta Publications

Delta publications are available as part of the Cinchio Retail digital ordering channel.

Delta publications are an automated process which pushes changes down to the Retail Kiosk as they happen. This ensures that the kiosk is kept up-to-date in real time with any updates made in Cinchio Back Office or via an integrated retail product management platform.

This covers the following: 

Product Changes

• New products added into the locations retail kiosk product family. 
• Products removed from the locations retail kiosk product family. 
• Changes against products that exist within the locations retail kiosk product family, including: 
  • Product name changes. 
  • Barcode changes.
  • Product price and/or tax changes, against the price level associated with the locations retail kiosk.

Deal Changes

• Changes made to existing deals associated with a live retail kiosk. 
• Changes made to product families used by deals associated with a live retail kiosk. 

Note that when making changes to deals and product families via Cinchio back office, you'll be asked whether you want to update the kiosks now via the delta publication process, or hold off and publish these via standard Menu Publication later.
