JAWS accessibility support
Cinchio Kiosk supports JAWS, helping blind and low-vision guests interact with our kiosks through speech and keyboard input.

Installation
To install JAWS on the kiosk, follow the steps below.

Open JAWS for Kiosk
From the menu screen, select the Home button twice (located on the back of the Elo device), then select JAWS for Kiosk.

Open Admin Settings
Select Admin Settings and enter the password: Password.

Go to Licensing
Select Licensing in black.

Confirm you have a licence
Select I have a License from the blue button at the bottom of the screen.

Import the licence
Select Import. This takes you to the next screen.
Done
JAWS for Kiosk is now installed.
License status check
To check the licence status, follow the steps below.

Open the menu
From the current screen, select the Home button twice from the back of the Elo device, then select the hamburger icon (three-line icon in the top-right corner).

Open Admin
Select Admin and enter the password.

Go to Android Settings
After entering the password, select Settings, then select Android Settings.

Open Accessibility
In the new menu, scroll down to find Accessibility and select it.

Select JAWS for Kiosk
Select JAWS for Kiosk.

Check the Use service switch
In the Use service row, make sure the switch is on. If it's already on, you're done; if not, switch it on.
Note
Select the Home button at the back of the Elo device until you reach the menu. A "Storm" accessibility keyboard can be plugged in to interact with JAWS accessibility audio; make sure to use wired headphones.
