Introduction
Cinchio’s Cash Purchase feature allows users to record and manage petty cash transactions made during day-to-day operations. These purchases can be created and reviewed within the Back Office, helping maintain clear and accurate records of cash usage.
For customers using Inventory Management, cash purchases can be used to quickly record stock bought outside of the standard supplier order process. This allows stock levels to be increased immediately when needed, helping avoid disruption during service.
For customers using Revenue Management, cash purchases provide a way to track reductions in on-site cash, ensuring these transactions are properly recorded and accounted for. Purchases can be linked to a petty cash reporting product, or directly to an inventory product where applicable.
Overall, the Cash Purchase feature provides a simple and flexible way to manage ad-hoc spending, while keeping both stock and financial records up to date.
