Scheduling Product Preparation

To schedule a product preparation, head to Inventory Management > Product Preparations and select [Schedule New Preparation].

In the Schedule Product Preparation window:

• Product: Select the Preparation or Made type product that is to be scheduled to be prepared.
• Preparation Area: Select the kitchen Preparation Area where the preparation will take place.  
• Reference: Enter a reference for the product preparation, if applicable. 
• Scheduled Date Time: Enter the time that the kitchen preparation should take place. 
• Scheduled Qty: Enter the quantity of the product that should be prepared, based on the product size label shown.

Then select [Schedule]. 

The product is now scheduled for production.
