Introduction
There are a variety of tools which can be added to your Cinchio Back Office landing page, which can alert to certain pending tasks or provide visibility of essential information for the day. The widgets are split into the following categories:

Adding Widgets To Your Landing Page
To add widget tools to your landing page:
- Select the [ACCOUNT] button at the top right of the page.
- Select [PROFILE].
- Within your profile, access the Widgets tab.
In here, select the widgets that you want showing on your dashboard. Once all are selected, select your company logo to return to the dashboard where you can drag-and-drop landing page widgets into the desired position.
Customers & Loyalty
Cinchio Customer Loyalty
Gain insights into customer loyalty engagement so far today, with visibility of balance updates for customer accounts and gift cards, and visibility of points updates for loyalty members.
Transaction Customer Assignment
Flags eligible transactions which require customers assigning manually using the Transaction Customer Assignment feature, with the option to assign Cinchio Customers via the widget.
Inventory Management
EDI Order Status
Gain visibility of supplier orders placed via EDI, to ensure that the order has been successfully sent to the supplier. (Note that EDI orders are "actioned" on 5-minute cycles.)
Supplier Order Cut Off Times
If a cut off time has been configured against a Supplier for the site, a countdown to the cut off time today is displayed alongside the number of orders placed against that supplier today.

Till Shift Summary
Quick links into the Shift Summary for the Current Shift and Last Shift on each till via the Operations Hub. This page represents the data per cash up records.
Cash In Tills
Get visibility of how much cash is in each till (per sales transactions) and, if defined, how this compared against the cash limit for each till.
Miscellaneous
Operations Hub Access
Access FOH tools within the Operations Hub for each location within the site via the Back Office landing page.
Recent Transactions
See the latest 5 transactions to be processed into Cinchio Back Office for the site. Depending on the source, transactions can take up to about 5 minutes to appear in Cinchio Back Office. You can select the Transaction ID to see the full Transaction detail.
System Alerts
See if there are any outstanding tasks specific to the sites day-to-day operation, or any core configuration which is missing and yet to be completed. In some cases, you can click through the value to access the relevant setup form.
