Tax Rate Configuration
Within Cinchio Back Office, Tax Rates are required in various areas of the system, from pricing setup for use on Cinchio Kiosk, Cinchio Mobile and third party integrations, to Inventory product configuration.
Creating Tax Rates
To create a new tax rate:
- Head to Company Settings > Tax Rates.
- Select [NEW TAX RATE].
Within the New Tax Rate window, enter the following:
- Tax Rate: Enter the tax rate value as a number up to 3 decimal places.
Select [SAVE].
The tax rate is now available to select throughout Cinchio Back Office.
Editing Tax Rates
It is not currently possible to edit tax rates.
Searching Tax Rates
Access the Tax Rates section via: Company Settings > Tax Rates.
All tax rates available throughout Cinchio Back Office are listed, showing the following:
- Name: Displays the name of the tax rate as seen throughout Cinchio Back Office.
- Rate: Displays the tax rate value.
Deleting Tax Rates
It is not currently possible to delete tax rates.
