Line checks can be completed at any time and are typically used to monitor key or high-value products. This makes it easier to spot and resolve potential variances early, before they impact overall stock results.
Users can focus on specific items without needing to count all inventory, making line checks a flexible and efficient process.
Line check templates can be set up for commonly reviewed items, helping standardise checks and reduce setup time. These templates can be configured per site or shared across multiple sites, depending on operational needs.
Line Check States
Information on each of the states that line checks flow through:
- Preparation: The line check has been created and line check counts can be entered.
- Calculated: The line check count has been entered and variances have been calculated.
- Completed: The period that the line check falls within has been completed.
