Introduction
If your company uses Kitchen Cut for stock control, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to Kitchen Cut via the Centegra Plus data extractor.

Configuration
The Kitchen Cut integration is configured on a companywide basis.
For any new Kitchen Cut integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. To do this, we need the following details from Kitchen Cut for your account:
- Kitchen Cut Client ID
- FTP Details:
- FTP Server
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- FTP Folder/Path (If applicable)

When Is Data Sent To Kitchen Cut?
Data is typically sent to Kitchen Cut on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the last site closes, but you can select the time that the data is sent as required.
If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to Kitchen Cut, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In Kitchen Cut
If sales are missing in Kitchen Cut, Contact Centegra with details of the affected date(s) and site(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to Kitchen Cut as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to Kitchen Cut.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact Kitchen Cut before resending any data, as Kitchen Cut may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within Kitchen Cut.
