PiKS Network Requirements
This guide outlines the required network rules and ports for the PiKS solution when deployed on a local area network.
External Outbound
Remote Access for Support & Ticket Sender
- Domain: tunnel.eu.ngrok.co
- DNS: Port 53
- TCP: Port 443
Data Transmission to Centegra Servers
- IP: 87.106.190.51
- IP: 82.165.151.109
- Port: 22 (SSH)
Prep. Pictures (if used)
- Port: HTTPS or 7001 (depending on the prep detail source)
Internal Inbound (LAN)
Inter-Unit Communication
- Port 22 – FTP backup between units
- Ports 5000–5002 – FTP data transfer between units
Web Interface Access
- HTTP access to web server for browsing and RESTful API access
Ports 7100 / 9100 – Incoming tickets from EPOS (depending on interface)
Local Network Rules
Network Address Translation (NAT)
NAT must be enabled to allow PiKS devices to connect to external services.
Static IP Assignment
Each PiKS unit requires one static IP address.
Note: DHCP is not enabled — IPs must be manually assigned at first point of network contact.
