About
The Team Member Labour Summary report gives an overview of time clock records, including clock-in and clock-out times. Where you use them, it also shows pay, tips and tip pooling.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Team Members > Team Member Labour Summary. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include time clock records for.
All or part of a team member's name, to show only their records.
Job role isn't team member role
Job Role is the role the team member chose for the shift, not the team member role their record is in.
Report Output
How time clock records are grouped depends on the Analysis Style filter.

This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Which Analysis Style did you choose?
Team Member
Time clock records grouped by team member.
Job Role
Time clock records grouped by job role. This style adds Code and Team Member columns, so you can see who worked each role.
Team Member & Job Role
Time clock records grouped by team member, then by each job role they worked.
Columns
All three analysis styles use the same columns.
Who
The team member's time clock code. Job Role style only.
The team member's name. Job Role style only.
Time
When the team member clocked in.
When the team member clocked out.
The hours spent on breaks, if recorded.
The job role chosen for the shift.
Pay
The standard rate of pay, if set.
The overtime rate of pay, if set.
The hours worked at the standard rate, if set.
The hours worked at the overtime rate, if set.
The total hours worked.
The total pay for the standard and overtime hours worked.
Tips
The tips the team member declared at the POS.
The sales total the tip pool is calculated on, if used. You'll need to set up tip pooling.
The amount the team member owes to the tip pool, from the tip pool calculation.
