Order Settings
Against each location, you can apply certain settings which impact the customers order experience.
Order Settings are available for the following order channels:
- Mobile
- F&B Kiosk
- Retail Kiosk
Head to Digital Order Management > Advanced Options > Location Setup.
Select the location, then navigate to the Order Settings section within General Order Settings.
The following order settings are available for F&B order channels:
- Special Instructions: Select whether customers can enter custom text against items when placing orders.
- Advanced Orders: Select whether customers can place mobile orders for a later time within the same day.
- Period Intervals (Mins): If Advanced Orders is enabled, select the number of minutes in each interval available for customers to select when placing advanced orders.
The following order settings are available for Retail order channels:
- Store Mode PIN: Enter the PIN that should be used to access manager functions on the Kiosk customer interface.
Select [Save] to confirm any changes made within this section. Changes are reflected immediately on the order channel.
