Guest Tipping

Against each location, you can specify whether tip prompts show for your customers at check out.  

Guest Tipping is available for the following order channels: 

• Mobile
• F&B Kiosk

Head to Digital Order Management > Advanced Options > Location Setup. 

Select the location, then navigate to the Guest Tipping section within Guest Charges & Contributions. 

Select [Edit] to make any changes in this section.

Against each available order channel, you can: 

• Enable/disable tip prompts.
• Set three tip prompts, if different to the default of 10%, 15% and 20%. 
• Select one of the tip prompts to be selected by default at checkout. 

Select [Save] to confirm any changes.

Changes are reflected immediately on Cinchio Kiosk/Mobile, with the "Add tip" section shown if applicable.
