Round-Up Donations

Against each location, you can specify whether round-up donation prompts show for your customers at checkout.  

Round-Up Donations are available for the following order channels: 

• Mobile
• F&B Kiosk
• Retail Kiosk

Head to Digital Order Management > Advanced Options > Location Setup. 

Select the location, then navigate to the Round-Up Donation section within Guest Charges & Contributions. 

Within this section, select [Edit] to update the following: 

• Enable Round-Ups: Against each available order channel, enable/disable round-up donation prompts.
• Round-Up Prompt Text: Enter a title and description for the donation prompt where applicable, to establish the text that  customers will see at checkout.   

Select [Save] to confirm any changes made within this section. 

Changes are reflected immediately on Cinchio Kiosk/Mobile, with the "Round up & donate" section shown if applicable.
