Turn digital ordering on or off for each location and channel, from one place.

Changing a channel's status
Channel Status shows every order channel at every location in the site, so you can quickly stop or start customers ordering, for example if a location closes early.

Open Channel Status
Go to Digital Order Management > Channel Status.

Turn the channel on or off
Use the toggle next to the location and order channel.
Customers can, or can't, order on that channel at that location.
Showing as "Not Available"?
The order channel hasn't been set up for that location yet. See Digital Order Onboarding.
