About
Product suspensions let you mark products as temporarily unavailable at particular locations or menu destinations, so you stay in control of what's live on your menus.
Two ways to suspend
In Cinchio Back Office
Choose the locations and menu destinations, and set an end date if you need one.
In the Operations Hub
Front-of-house teams can suspend products in a couple of taps when they run out. Find out about Suspend Products in the Operations Hub.
Where you log in matters
One site
Log in to that site to suspend its products.
Several sites
Log in at Head Office to see and manage suspensions across all your sites.
How a suspension moves on
Suspended
Sent to the menu destination.
Completed
The end time has passed, so the suspension is archived.
Failed
If a suspension doesn't reach the menu destination, it shows as Failed. See what to do when a suspension fails.
Ready to start?
Go to the Suspend tab.
Suspend
Suspend products in Cinchio Back Office for full control, or from the Operations Hub designed for operators during service.

The suspension is live on the menu destination.
What to do if a suspension fails

Try again

If you don't need it, delete it.

Need more control?
To choose particular menu destinations or set an end date, suspend the product in Cinchio Back Office instead.
