Retail Kiosk Settings
Against each retail location, you can see the core retail kiosk configuration elements.
Retail Kiosk Configuration is available for the following order channels:
- Retail Kiosk
Head to Digital Order Management > Advanced Options > Location Setup.
Select the location, then navigate to the Retail Kiosk Configuration section within General Order Settings.
For retail kiosks within this location the following information is shown for reference:
- Menu Destination: The menu destination that that received menu updates from Cinchio Back Office.
- Yellow Dog Store: The external Yellow Dog store that this location is integrated to; products available within this Yellow Dog store are made available on the Kiosk via the product family (below).
- Product Family: The product family which contains all products received from Yellow Dog. Products in this family which have a barcode defined can be added to the kiosk when scanning the barcode.

Retail Menu: The menu that is published to the menu destination, where:
- Scannable products are not required on the menu, as they're available via the product family linked to the location (above) and automatically published to the kiosk.
- Non-Scannable products can be added to the menu and manually published to the kiosk.
- Deals can be added to the menu and manually published to the kiosk.
- Default Yellow Dog Price Level: The price level that stores prices for products received from Yellow Dog for this location. Click through to see the Default Tax Rate that is assigned to those price on this price level when the product gets created.
Via this section it is also possible to do a publication of the full menu by selecting [Full Menu Refresh]. This option sends the full menu to the kiosk, including all scannable products and any pending updates to deals and within the menu builder.
This method of publication should not be used to publish day-to-day updates to the menu or deals; instead, refer to Menu Publication.
