Checking Stock On Hand

You can check the current Stock On Hand for any Supplied, Preparation or Made type product. 

Stock On Hand is calculated live when checked to ensure the most up-to-date accurate figures. The calculation is based on all Stock Movements that have occurred against the product at site since the last count was declared, providing that the count occurred within an Approved period that started within the past 90 days. 

Products Section

Single Site

To check the Stock On Hand of a product at any site, head to Product Management > Products, locate the required product then select [...] > [Stock On Hand].  

The Stock On Hand is calculated and displayed, referencing the last time that the product was counted.

Multiple Sites

To check the Stock On Hand of a product across multiple sites, whilst logged into the HQ site, head to Product Management > Products, locate the required product then select [...] > [Stock On Hand].  

You'll be taken into a new page where you'll be prompted to select which sites to see the Stock On Hand at.

Inventory Management Sections

If Stock On Hand Visibility is enabled at company level in Company Settings, product Stock On Hand can be accessed against each product within pending Supplier Orders, Stock Transfers and Wastage. 

Simple select the information icon against the product to see current Stock On Hand at the site, as shown above.
