Checking Stock On Hand
You can check the current stock on hand for any Supplied, Preparation or Made product. It updates for each product, at each location, every time a stock movement happens.
Products: Single Site
Go to Product Management > Products. The On Hand column shows each inventory product's current stock at the site you're logged in to, in the product's default display size.
Out of Stock
Shown when the product has no stock.
Shown in red
The quantity is negative and needs looking into.
Products: Multiple Sites

Log in to the HQ site.

Go to Product Management > Products, find the product and select ..., then Stock On Hand.

Choose the sites to see stock on hand for.
Inventory Management Sections
If Stock On Hand Visibility is turned on in company settings, an On Hand column also shows against each product in:
- Supplier Orders
- Stock Transfers
- Wastage
Supplier orders use the pack size
In stock transfers and wastage, the quantity is in the product's default display size. In supplier orders, it's shown in the case size of the supplier pack you're ordering.
