Checking Stock On Hand

You can check the current Stock On Hand for any Supplied, Preparation or Made type product. 

Stock On Hand is updated against each inventory product, at each location, at the point that Stock Movements occur against the product. 

Products: Single Site

To check the Stock On Hand of a product at any site, head to Product Management > Products.

The On Hand column will display the current Stock On Hand of each inventory product at the site that you are currently accessing. The quantity is based on each products default display size. 

If the product has no quantity it will show as Out of Stock; if the product has a negative quantity, it will be shown in red to highlight that action is required. 

Products: Multiple Sites

To check the Stock On Hand of a product across multiple sites, whilst logged into the HQ site, head to Product Management > Products, locate the required product then select [...] > [Stock On Hand].  

You'll be taken into a new page where you'll be prompted to select which sites to see the Stock On Hand at.

Inventory Management Sections

If Stock On Hand Visibility is enabled at company level in Company Settings, product Stock On Hand can be seen in the On Hand column against each product within Supplier Orders, Stock Transfers and Wastage too. 

Note that in Stock Transfers and Wastage, quantities are also based on the products default display size, but in Supplier Orders this is adjusted to reflect the case size of the supplier pack being ordered.
