There are a few ways of splitting bills;
- Keeping everything on one ticket and paying off in stages until the subtotal is fulfilled
- Splitting into multiple tickets
- They can be split equally
- Press Pay
- In “Split Payment Options” in bottom right choose equal amounts and choose how many times to split by
- They can be split equally
- It will then show the tickets its has created at the bottom
You can then select the ticket you want to pay off and pay using usual method (it will update the ticket to say closed across it wants the payment has been fulfilled). This will also issue separate receipts per payment. If you are recalling the ticket to re-print then the split bill will appear as two separate tickets.
You can also select 'By Seats' as well
- Before entering the Split by Seat option, move the products onto their respective seats by using the move function (if you need more seats then you can press
button to add seat) - Once you have everything on the correct seat, press Pay and choose “by seats”, a new window will open confirming the tickets generated by the splitting the bill. At this point you can drag and drop seats to combine them into a bill. Choose the back arrow to return to payment screen
- Select the seat you want to pay in the bottom right and close using chosen payment method. This will issue separate receipts.
- You can print out all the bills on a split ticket by pressing and holding on the “print” button on the ticket and selecting print all tickets, if some have been closed already you also have the option to print only open tickets
