Record when your takings are paid into the bank or another payment account.

Introduction
Bank deposits record when payments taken in sales, and confirmed in cash ups, are paid into a bank account or another payment account, such as your card acquirer account. There are two kinds:
Manual deposits
Usually for cash, to record when cash from sales is paid into the bank. To save time, you can have them created in Preparation automatically each day with auto-generate pending cash deposits.
Automatic deposits
For other payment types, such as card or delivery payments. The amount declared in the cash up is deposited automatically.
You can also upload a scan or photo of the bank deposit slip to each bank deposit in Cinchio Back Office.
Reconciling deposits at HQ
If deposits into some accounts need reconciling at HQ, use bank deposit reconciliation.
Bank Deposit States
Every bank deposit moves through these states:
Preparation
Created and can still be edited.
Deposited
Paid in, and the cash has moved from the site to the bank.
Reconciled
Checked against the bank by HQ. Only for some accounts.
Completed
The period it falls in is complete. Only if you use periods.
When deposits are reconciled
Reconciled only applies to deposits into bank accounts turned on for bank deposit reconciliation. Other deposits go straight from Deposited to Completed.
