What do you need to do?
Change my password
You need to be logged in
Forgotten your password? Reset it instead.

Open Change Password
Select ACCOUNT, then Change Password.

Enter your new password
Enter your new password, then enter it again. Select RESET PASSWORD.
Your password is changed. Use it next time you log in.
Reset a forgotten password

Start from the login page
On the login page, enter your email address and select Continue. On the next page, select Forgot Password.

Confirm your email
Check your email address is right, then select Continue.

Follow the email
You'll get a password reset email within a few minutes. Follow the instructions in it to set a new password.
Your password is reset. Log in with your new password.
Not getting the reset email?

Check your junk or spam folder. The email comes from no-reply@auth0user.net.

Request the email again from the login page.

If it still doesn't arrive, your account may be turned off, or your email address may not match an active account. Ask a User Management administrator at your company to check your account.
Cinchio can't do this for you
For security reasons, Cinchio can't reactivate or set up accounts for you. Your company's User Management administrators manage these.

What you can see and do in Cinchio Back Office depends on the user role your account is assigned to.
See your user role

Select Account at the top right of the page, then Profile. Your user role is shown there.
Need different access?
For security reasons, Cinchio can't make this change for you. It's managed by the User Management administrators at your company. Ask one of them to change your user role.
Are you an administrator?
Check my site access
The sites you can use in Cinchio Back Office are the ones linked to your user account.
Need access to another site?
For security reasons, Cinchio can't make this change for you. It's managed by the User Management administrators at your company. Ask one of them to add the site to your account.
Are you an administrator?
Change the site you start on
If you already have access to the site, you can choose which one opens when you log in.

Open your profile
Select Account at the top right of the page, then Profile.

Choose your default site
Change User Default Site and select SAVE.
That site opens next time you log in.
