About
Team Members is a single list of your front-of-house team, brought in from your POS. It gives you a clear view of your team, ready to use across Cinchio Back Office, for example in Time Clock.
Set up in your POS
Team members are created and updated in your POS or labour management system.
Shown here
They're brought into Cinchio Back Office automatically.
Used elsewhere
Other tools, such as Time Clock, use them.
Managed in your POS
Team members come from your POS, or an integrated labour management system. You can view them here, but changes must be made in those systems.

Go to the Search tab.
Create
Team members can't be created in Cinchio Back Office.
Create them in your POS
Add team members in your POS or integrated labour management system. They then appear in Team Members.
Edit
Team members can't be changed in Cinchio Back Office.
Change them in your POS
Update team members in your POS or integrated labour management system. The changes come through to Cinchio Back Office.
Search
Find team members by name, employee number or POS code.
Shown straight away
When you open User Management > Team Members > Team Members, every team member is listed.
Searching
Use any of these filters in the Search panel at the top, then select SEARCH. Matching team members are listed by name.
All or part of the team member's name.
All or part of their employee number.
All or part of their POS code.
Whether to include team members marked as deleted.
What's shown
The team member's name.
Their employee number, if they have one.
Their POS code, if they have one.
10 team members are shown per page. Use the page selector at the bottom right to move between pages.
Archive
Team members can't be archived or deleted in Cinchio Back Office.
Remove them in your POS
Deactivate or remove team members in your POS or integrated labour management system.

No. Team members are your front-of-house team from the POS. Users are people who log in to Cinchio Back Office, set up in Users.
