- In the main menu, head to User Management > Users.
- Select [NEW USER].
In the New User page, enter the following:
- Name: Enter the users name.
- Login Email Address: Enter a valid email address for the user.
- User Role: Select the User Role to determine the users level of access.
- Default Site: Select which site the user will access when first logging in. (More sites can be added later.)

For the new user that you created:
- If they are new to Cinchio Back Office they'll receive an invitation via email. They must follow instructions within the email to define a password and log into the back office.
- If they already has access to another company within Cinchio Back Office, they won't receive an invitation. Instead, they'll automatically have access to this new company when they next log in.
Creating Users Across Different Companies
If you have access to multiple companies within Cinchio Back Office, you can copy user accounts from one company into another.
In the users section of the current company, [Add User To Another Company].
Then, select the following:
- Select User: Select the user in the current company that you want to copy over into another company.
- Select Company: Select the company that you want to copy them over to. You will only see companies that they do not currently have access to.
- Select Default Site: Select a site within the other company that they will access when first logging in.
- Select Role: Select which user role the user should be assigned to within the other company.
Select [Add] and the user is now able to access the other company.
The user will only have access to the default site at this stage. You'll need to access the user account within the other company to grant access to additional sites within that company.
Enterprise-Level Users
For users with access to multiple companies, if an Enterprise Account has been provided, the process of creating against this account is slight different as sites do not need to be assigned.
Additionally, there is visibility of companies within the enterprise that the user has access to.
