About
The Audit Report gives an overview of potential lost sales at the selected site, such as refunds, wastage and selected discounts and combos. Use it to find and deal with anything that may be costing you revenue.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Audit Tools > Audit Report. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include.
The wastage types to include.
The combos or discounts to include.
What Discounts & Combos shows:
Report Output
The report has three sections: refunds, wastage, and the discounts and combos you selected.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
1. Refunds
Every item refunded in the date range.
The transaction ID.
When the refund took place.
The product refunded.
The product's ticket price.
Total gross value, after discount.
Total net value, after discount and excluding tax.
Total tax.
2. Wastage
Inventory Management only
This section only appears for sites using Inventory Management.
Every item wasted in the date range.
The wastage record's unique ID.
The reason given for the wastage.
The wastage record's current state.
The product wasted.
The quantity wasted, in the Unit size shown.
The cost of the wastage, based on the theoretical cost when it was approved.
3. Discounts & Combos
The combos and discounts used in the date range, usually selected complimentary discounts. This section works the same way as the Combo Sales & Discounts report, showing products or transactions depending on the Combo Detail Option filter.
