Legacy POS only
This report is for sites on a legacy POS. For newer POS systems, use the Sales Audit report for voids instead.
The Voided Items report shows the products team members voided on the POS, for sites whose POS integration supports voids. Use it to keep track of voids and keep an eye on what happens at the till.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Audit Tools > Voided Items. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include voids for.
Report Output
The report has two levels. Select a row to drill down.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Level 1: Void totals
Totals for each product or team member.
Level 2: Void detail
Each void, with when and where it happened.
Which Group By did you choose?
Product
Level 1: Void Totals
Void totals for each product. Select one to see its voids.

Level 2: Void Detail
Each void for the selected product, with when and where it happened.
The team member who made the void.
The number of voids.
