Note that this report is specific to users on a legacy POS system. For more recent POS solutions, it is recommended that the Sales Audit report is used for void reporting.

Report Information

The Voided Items report provides detailed insights into products voided by users, available for sites with POS system integrations that support voids. It helps track and analyse voided transactions, offering valuable oversight of user actions within the POS system.

Access the Voided Items Report via: Reports & Analysis > Audit Tools > Voided Items.

The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.

If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.

Information on report filter options

The table below summarises report filter options available for this report.

Select Sites	Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report.
Date Range	Select which date range to include sales for.
View Type	Select whether to view the report as: Consolidated: To combine multiple sites into one consolidated output. Split By Site: To produce a separate output per site if multiple sites are selected.
Group By	Select whether to group voids by: Product: To see products voided with the option to drill down into who voided them. Team Member: To see void totals per team member, with the option to drill down into products.

Product / Team Member	Displays the product name or team member name, depending on the Group By filter selected.
Void Qty	Displays the total number of voids for the product / team member shown.
Void Value	Displays the total void value for the product / team member shown.
