About
The Account Balance History report tracks changes to customer account balances over a selected period. It's for companies using the Cinchio Back Office gift card, accounts or loyalty modules.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Customers & Loyalty > Account Balance History. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include balance changes for.
To find specific customers, enter their codes separated by commas.
The customer types to include.
Sort customers by First name, Second name or Company.
Tick to open the report fully expanded. Otherwise, the summary is shown and you can drill down as you need.
Report Output
The report looks different depending on the View Type filter.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.

Full History
Level 1: Customer Account Movements
Every balance change for each customer. Select a sale to see the products behind it.
When the balance changed.
The type of balance change.
The reason chosen, for balance changes made in Cinchio Back Office.
The amount added to or taken from the balance.
The customer's balance after the change.
The site where the transaction took place, if any.
The transaction ID, if any. Select it to see the transaction.
Level 2: Product Sales
For balance changes from sales, the products in the transaction.
The name and PLU of the product sold.
The quantity sold.
Total gross sales, after discount.
Total net sales, after discount and excluding tax.
Total tax.
Any discount on the product.
Consolidated History
Each customer's balance changes, totalled by adjustment type.
The type of balance change.
The reason chosen, for balance changes made in Cinchio Back Office.
The total balance change for each type.
