Introduction

Modifier Groups created in Cinchio Back Office allow you to present additional options to your customers in menus when selecting an item, helping them personalise their order. These can include cooking instructions, extras, removals, up-sells, or items within a combo deal.

They form an important part of the Menu Management module, and help to ensure a consistent experience for customers, whether ordering via Cinchio Kiosk, Cinchio Mobile, or through integrated delivery platforms.
