Introduction
Customers & Loyalty is where you manage the people and groups you hold accounts for, from credit accounts and gift cards to loyalty points.
Customer accounts work with your POS, so balances and points stay up to date wherever customers spend. You can also record orders against customers, and set up the rewards your loyalty platform's vouchers apply.
