FAQs
Frequently asked questions
QWhy isn't a voucher applying the reward?
Check the voucher code starts with the reward's Code Prefix, and that today falls between its Valid From and Valid To dates, outside any exclusion periods. The products must also be in the reward's qualifying product family.
QCan a reward only apply at certain times?
Yes. Add exclusion periods for the days or times it shouldn't apply.
QHow do I see how often a reward is used?
Every time a reward is used, its Reward Combo Product is added to the sale. Report on that product to see how often the reward is used.
