About
Location Setup has lots of settings, and not everyone needs all of them. Setup permissions let you decide, setting by setting, who can change what.
That means Location Setup can work for different people. For example, Head Office admins can keep control of branding and fees, while site managers can still update day-to-day settings for their own locations.
Three access levels for each setting
Enabled - Admin
Only users with Admin rights to Location Setup can use it. This is the default for every setting.
Enabled - Manager
Users with Admin or Manager rights can use it.
Disabled
Hidden from everyone, for settings your company doesn't use.
How it works
User role
Gives each user Admin or Manager rights to Location Setup.
Setup permissions
Sets which of those rights each setting needs.
What the user sees
Only the settings their rights allow.
Ready to set it up?
Go to the Configuration tab.
Configuration
Choose the access level for each setting, then give each user role Admin or Manager rights.
Admins decide
Every setting starts as Enabled - Admin, so admins can decide whether to open it up to managers, or turn it off.
Steps
1
Open Setup Permissions
Go to Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Setup Permissions.
2
Choose the access for each setting
Against each Location Setup setting, choose Enabled - Admin, Enabled - Manager or Disabled.
3
Set each user role's rights
In each user role, set the Digital Order Management - Advanced Settings > Location Setup right to Admin or Manager.
Users only see the Location Setup settings their role's rights allow.
