Rolling Back Approved Wastage

Wastage in Approved state can be rolled back to Preparation state to make changes if required. 

You can only roll back wastage if:

• You have rights to do so. (Click Here if you do not have rights to roll back but believe you should.)
• The wastage is in Approved state. (Wastage in Completed state cannot be undone.)
• The wastage is not within a closed stock period.

To roll back wastage: 

• Head to Inventory Management > Wastage > Wastage.
• Locate the required wastage and select [Edit]. 

Within the wastage:

• Select [Unapprove].
• Confirm the roll back.

The wastage is now back in Preparation state and can be edited.
