Searching Wastage
Access the Wastage section via: Inventory Management > Wastage > Wastage.
All wastage in Preparation state with a wastage date within the last 30 days is shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific wastage by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
- Date Range: Search for wastage that have a wastage date within the selected date range.
- States: Search for wastage which are currently in the selected state(s).
- Wastage /Adjustment Type: Search for wastage assigned to the selected wastage type(s).
- Product: Search for wastage assigned to the product description entered (or part of).
- Source: Search for wastage entered via the selected source.
- Day Part: Search for wastage assigned to the selected day part, if Wastage Day Parts is enabled.
Select [SEARCH], and all wastage which meet your search criteria will be listed.
The wastage list shows the following:
- Product: Displays the product being adjusted.
- Wastage / Adjustment Type: Displays the Wastage Type that the wastage is assigned to.
- Date: Displays the date that the wastage occurred.
- Day Part: Displays the day part that the wastage is assigned to, if applicable.
- Quantity: Displays the quantity of the product being wastage, based on the Size label shown.
- Cost: Displays the cost of the wastage. (Inventory Management users only.)
- Source: Displays where the wastage was sourced from.
- State: Displays the current state of the wastage.
